CONTRACT.

A contract between the customer and PeregrineArt will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed.  This will be deemed to be when the PayPal transaction has gone through.  In the event that your preference is to use a credit card, then the contract exists at that point we charge the buyer’s credit card for the goods we despatch, plus postage as applicable.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate.  We also take care to ensure colours are accurate.  The accuracy of colour reproduction is only as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

PRICES.

Prices are quoted on our website.

Prices may be changed from time to time.  This will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.  All amounts stated in these terms and conditions or on our website are stated inclusive of VAT.

It is possible that prices on the website may be incorrectly quoted.  In this event, we will verify the price as part of the sale process, so that the correct price will be notified to you before the contract comes into force.

Rather than ‘hide’ the cost of delivery within the product price, the cost of delivery is separate and will be notified to you before the contract of sale comes into force.

PAYMENTS.

You will pay the prices of the products you order, and associated delivery charges.

You will use any of the permitted methods of payment specified on our website.

DELIVERIES.

We will arrange for the products you purchased to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process.

AMENDING YOUR ORDER.

In most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it.  If you need to change details of your order, for example the delivery address, please use the Contact Me form, type “Amend my order” in the subject bar, and include your order number.  Products already dispatched for delivery cannot be amended.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you change your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order of a stock item at any time either before or within 14 working days following the day on which goods are received.

If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us by Contacting Me.  Please type “Cancel my order” in the subject bar and include your order number.

WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS

We warrant to you that:

  1. we have the right to sell the products or services that you buy;
  2. the products or services we sell to you are sold free from any additional charges, except as specified;
  3. you shall enjoy quiet possession of the products you buy, unless we approach you with a request to use, for example, a photograph or quote from you.
  4. the products you buy will correspond to any description published on our website; and
  5. the products you buy will be of satisfactory quality.

You warrant and represent to us that:

  1. you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
  2. you have the full authority, and capacity to agree to the terms and conditions;
  3. all the information that you provide to us in connection with your order is true, complete and non-misleading.

VARIATION of TERMS and CONDITIONS.

Our terms and conditions may be revised from time to time.  These new terms and conditions will be published on our website.

Any revised terms and conditions will apply to contracts entered into at any time after the time of revision, but will not affect contracts made before the time of the revision.

LAW AND JURISDICTION.

A contract under these terms and conditions shall be governed by and in accordance with English law.  Any disputes relating to a contract under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
